Rules of the Giveaway-type game with prizes from Mia Zoo
Between 22.10.2024 and 28.10.2024 you can take part in a game organised by HAPPY PET NET and MiaZoo! The game is run jointly on the Facebook and Instagram profiles of HAPPY PET NET, and three winners will be drawn from each social network, each winning a set of dental gel and dental sticks by beaphar, provided by MiaZoo.
To take part in the game, you must meet the following conditions:

- Follow the HAPPY PET NET profile on Facebook and/or Instagram (depending on the platform you're taking part on). Every user is entitled to take part on both Facebook and Instagram.
- Register with HAPPY PET NET and register your pet. You can register via this link, and your pet by clicking here.
- Reply in a comment under the relevant post (on Facebook and/or Instagram) to the question, "In how many cities can you have your pet's tartar cleaned?" The question relates to HAPPY PET NET's oral health campaign — "Healthy teeth, a healthy pet"!

GENERAL RULES AND TERMS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE FACEBOOK AND INSTAGRAM GAME ORGANISED BY HAPPY PET NET
PERIOD FOR RUNNING THE FACEBOOK & INSTAGRAM "GIVEAWAY"-TYPE GAME
1.1. The Happy Pet Net INSTAGRAM Game, hereinafter referred to as "the Game", starts on 22.10.2024 and runs until 11:59pm on 28.10.2024.
1.2. The Game is run under the terms of these General Rules and Terms, which are binding on all participants.
ORGANISER OF THE GAME
2.1. The Game is organised by „ВСИЧКО ЗА ЗДРАВЕТО“ ООД, hereinafter referred to as the „Organiser”.
2.2. The official rules of the Game are made publicly available and will be accessible for the entire duration of the Game at https://happypetnet.com/. The Organiser reserves the right to unilaterally correct or amend the Rules, announcing any corrections or amendments publicly on the official Instagram profile of Happy Pet Net (https://www.instagram.com/happypetnet/) and the official Facebook profile of Happy Pet Net (https://www.facebook.com/happypetnetcom).
2.3. The Game is organised as part of an "Educational campaign on the importance of keeping teeth clean" for pets, by Happy Pet Net and participating veterinary clinics and vets.
TERRITORIAL SCOPE
3.1. The Game is run solely within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria. RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN THE GAME
4.1. Any natural person who has turned 18 by the time the Game is held and who resides within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria is entitled to take part in this game.
4.2. Any person who enters the Game is deemed to have been notified of and to be familiar with its rules, and by taking part in the Game declares their agreement with these General Rules and Terms.
4.3. Participation in the Game is voluntary and is in no way linked to making a purchase of goods and/or services from Happy Pet Net.
MECHANISM FOR PARTICIPATING IN THE GAME
5.1. During the period the Game is run, as stated in point 1.1., any person who meets the Rules of participation and wishes to take part in the Game must:
5.1.1. Write an answer under the posts on Facebook and Instagram to the question, "In how many cities can you have your pet's tartar cleaned?"
5.1.2. Follow the Happy Pet Net profile on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/happypetnetcom) and/or on Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/happypetnet/), depending on the platform they are taking part on.
5.1.3. Register themselves and their pet on the website https://happypetnet.com. Only one registration per profile is allowed, regardless of the number of pets.
5.2. The Rules of the Game are binding and the same for all participants.
5.3. By taking part in the Game, participants are entered into a prize draw as described in points 6.1 and 6.2 of these Rules until 11:59pm on 28.10.2024.
PRIZE
6.1. The prizes subject to this Game are 6 sets of "Dental Gel" and "Dental Sticks" by the company "beaphar", provided by the company MiaZoo OOD.
The value of the prizes described in point 6.1 of this section does not exceed BGN 100, and they therefore fall within the exemption under Article 13(1)(21) and are not subject to taxation under Article 12(1) of the Personal Income Taxes Act (ЗДДФЛ).
6.2. The winning participants who win the two Prizes under point 6.1 will be determined on 28.10.2024. The winning participants in the Game will be determined by a prize draw, on a random basis, using software. Only owners who have registered with at least 1 pet on happypetnet.com take part in the draw.
6.3. The result of the Game will be announced by 11:59pm on 28.10.2024 on the Facebook and Instagram profiles of Happy Pet Net (https://www.facebook.com/happypetnetcom /
https://www.instagram.com/happypetnet/). The announcement will be made by naming the winners under the post announcing the Game. The prize is valid for 5 days from the announcement, and within this period the winners must claim receipt of it under the procedure in point 7.1 below.6.4. Participants in the Game are obliged to follow the Happy Pet Net profiles on Facebook and Instagram in order to be informed of the results of the draw. The Organiser bears no responsibility if the winning participants have not received timely information that they have won a prize in the Game, or, respectively, have not done what is necessary to receive their prize.
6.5. Winning participants will win 1 Prize each for their participation in the Game.
6.6. The use of any methods that, in one way or another, add registrations "automatically" in place of participants, and other similar abuses, is not permitted. Any participant who attempts to breach or breaches the rules of the activity will be automatically disqualified by the organiser. A breach expressly includes actions such as: a) using more than one profile of the same person to take part, including via different usernames and passwords; b) using techniques and/or technologies that alter the element of personal and individual participation of the relevant natural person in the activity; c) any other action, including collusion between two or more persons, that changes the mechanism for taking part in the activity or increases any participant's chances of winning outside the mechanism described in these rules. The Platform has the right, in whatever order and manner it deems appropriate, to carry out a check for abuse at any time, including after contacting the winners, and at the time of delivery. The decision on disqualification is entirely the Organiser's, and the Organiser owes no explanation as to how an attempted breach or an actual breach of the rules of the activity was determined.
RECEIVING THE PRIZE
7.1. Prizes from the Game will be provided to the winning participants within 5 working days of confirmation of contact details. Delivery costs are borne by „Всичко за здравето“ ООД.
7.2. A won Prize may not be exchanged for its cash equivalent or for another prize and/or service.
7.3. The won Prize may not be provided, transferred or sold to third parties.
7.4. If a winning participant refuses to provide the necessary details to receive a won Prize, the Organiser is entitled to provide the relevant Prize to another participant in the Game.
OTHER
8.1. The Organiser is not obliged to conduct correspondence or discuss unsuccessful claims.
8.2. Any disputes that may arise between the Organiser and participants in the Game shall be resolved by mutual agreement. If agreement is not reached, disputes will be resolved through the competent state authorities and courts.
8.3. The Organiser reserves the right to supplement and/or amend the General Rules and Terms, with changes taking effect immediately upon their publication on the Instagram profile of Happy Pet Net (https://www.instagram.com/happypetnet/), the Facebook profile of Happy Pet Net (https://www.facebook.com/happypetnetcom) and https://happypetnet.com/, without any special individual notification being given.
8.4. The Organiser reserves the right to change the start date (or, respectively, the period) of the Game, should such a change become necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
8.5. This Game may be terminated before the end of the announced period if an event of force majeure occurs, in accordance with applicable law, or in any other case of urgency due to technical reasons or a lawful order of an administrative body, as a result of which the Organiser is unable to continue running it. The Organiser reserves the right to terminate the Game at any time, announcing this on the Instagram profile of Happy Pet Net (https://www.instagram.com/happypetnet/) and the Facebook profile of Happy Pet Net (https://www.facebook.com/happypetnetcom).
8.6. This game is not administered, supported or sponsored by Instagram or Meta in any way.

8.8. The rules on the use of personal data are governed by the rules of Instagram/Meta and of https://happypetnet.com/privacy-policy, whichever of the two applies.
